POV: You’re opening Balter Festival on one of the event’s biggest stages for 1 More Thing‘s Hex Stage takeover. The DJs playing after you include some of the most exciting new-generation D&B DJs and some outright legends in the game across mulitple genres and generations. You’re about to smash it.

This is the reality for one lucky winner this year as we welcome all aspiring and rising DJs to enter a mix (via this Facebook thread) and be considered for this game-changing moment. We asked one of the festival founders Elias Cole for what he’s looking for in a winning mix…

We’re really excited about this! 1 More Thing is dedicated to encouraging and empowering new generation artists and this is the perfect opportunity to give a talented ambitious new artist a chance to showcase their skills and level up alongside some incredible DJs.

Other selectors across the day / night include 1 More Thing founder NoDave, Sudley b2b [ IVY ], Conrad Subs, DJ Hybrid b2b Mrs Magoo, Billy Daniel Bunter and Hang The DJs.

How To Enter

All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

All mixes must be entered in the comments on this Facebook thread by March 31.

The judges will listen to and consider as many mixes as physically possible but the entries with the most reacts will be checked first so please get all your mates to support you.

The winner will be announced on 1 More Thing and Balter Festival’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.

The winner will receive two full weekend camping tickets and will cover their own transport to and from the event. They will play the 4pm-5pm slot on the Hex Stage and will take part in an interview for 1 More Thing’s video coverage.
